problem with phantom - props turning very slowly on turn on

hi i am newbie, but would love someones help please, i got a new flight case and took off my prop guards and fit it into case quite tightly now when i turn it on the props are not spinning freely although the lights are green and showing good to go. i can see no obvious issue and it is all 4 props that are effected thanks daragh i changed battery and no joy

oh shite!! loosened the screws and two came back to life, reckon i will need two though!!! thanks for the reply
