Poor quality mobile device playback

Hello. I have recorded a few videos on my new P3A and the video playback on the mobile device is really poor. Very jerky and pixelated. Is this normal or am I dong something wrong?

Equipment: P3A and Samsung S6 Edge

copy the files from the sd card to a pc and then view them.

your mobile has low res version... not the HD , ,
look for mp4 or mov files on the SD card

Yes I have done this was expecting the mobile playback to be slightly better I guess
