Well, not so sure if this will help or hurt. Had some very cool footage of it flying around the studio, discussed it with its owner, (name, model, cost, camera, etc.), but now the catch: The owner when asked, said there was no regulation whatsoever, no rules, so you can fly it anywhere. I guess he forgot the 400' altitude limit when in proximity to airports. The shows Greg Kelly (son of the former NYC Police Commissioner) said "those spinning blades can hurt or damage something. Be careful not to fly it into people or aircraft". I suspect these comments alone, will cause backlash and immediate knee-jerk regulations if not by the FAA, at least by local municipalities. Just watch.
This was shown on a morning news/discussion television show on metropolitan New York City programming, watched by millions. Ugh.
