Phantom 4 pro v2.0 never connect with DJI Assistant

Hi

I have phantom 4 pro v2.0 and I’m trying to connect to the DJI assistant and it’s not working. I tried changing the cables and the computer but I still seem to get the same problem. Is anyone else having the same issue as me

You need Assistant 2 For Phantom. Download it from download section under P4 vr 2.0. It’s be 2.0.0


It should connect. USB cable icon goes into computer.

However you won’t be able to read the firmware. Or pull flight data off.

Known issue I posted about a few weeks ago.

Opened a case with DJI was told it’s because the Vr 2 is at base firmware level thus it won’t load anything.

I feel this is strange as the program should still show firmware level as allow you to pull flight data down.
