True, but in my case, if I was going to spend that much money, then what was an extra hundred to get the color I wanted, I was also stuck in a holding pattern wondering if the Obsidian version had any updates over the white phantom 4 pro.. I missed out on the extra battery.

What I did with my first P4P is apply for a Bestbuy credit card. You get 10% off your first purchase, and a year to pay, interest free. Or, elect to pay it off, and get an extra 5% back.Plus a very good return policy. The 5% is $67.50 off $1350. Use that to buy an extra battery.
