Muscle is not going to help here. Twist the filter to the left while gripping it as loosely as possible with your fingers. If your fingers slip, wear a rubber glove or wrap something rubber around the filter.
I had this exact issue with my new P4 pro yesterday. Borrowed one of those yellow rubber cleaning gloves from my neighbor and it twisted right off. You just need a bit more grip.
You can also wrap a thick rubber band tightly around the the filter, twist to maintain the tightness and work back and forward. Took me about 20 minutes but persevere.
As posted the trick is not to squeeze hard on the ring.Otherwise it should unscrew fairly easily as it isn't done up tightly. Definitely didn't take 20 min probably a minute or so once I realised that,
