Phantom 4 Gimbal Design Flaw, the Reason for Overload Error!

Somewhat like the P3A (that I have)... the whole gimbal is shock mounted and can move, but the gimbal axis themselves are solid.

Yeah that's what I mean, the gimbal mounting inside the craft, including the round part I was referring to earlier.
Is it supposed to be so loose?

It has a soft attachment inside the body to help absorb vibration, much like the rubber ball feet between the zenmuse gimbal bracket and bracket that mounts on the Phantom 2. The gimbal would come with different sets of balls with different firmness. I often get a glitch in the camera movement when using sport mode, need to compare to your problem.

Contacted support last night but they were less than helpful. As soon as I mentioned the word "design flaw" he tried to end the conversation. All I got was another email address which I am supposed to contact now..
