Phantom 3 questions

1. What is the best quality settings to have this on for video?

2. Can you take pictures while taking video?

3. Is it normal for the drone to drift around like its doing after about :50 seconds?

2. No .. stills or video but not both
If you have the Pro model you can extract reasonable stills from video
3. A small amount of drifting is normal .. +/- 1 foot or so if you have good satellite coverage.
Close to your house and under tree cover, sat coverage may be sub-optimal.
Check your settings to make sure that the gimbal is set to Follow rather than FPV for smooth video.
