Phantom 1 horrible wobble (video)

So ive been flying my phantom 1 like this for a while now and cant figure it out. This is video from my dji phantom 1 I am flying with my gopro hero3 with waterproof case and on descent and ascent it wobbles really bad. At first was thinkin gi may have a bad motor may still be. But the more i read and searched it may be the gains but i dont know much about them. I know how to change them i just dont know if i should go up or down, which ones to change, and how much

You are descending too fast without moving from the same position and the phantom is coming down into its own propwash.

Yes that, but the take of is where the problem really is coming down with a little forward take some of it away there is still a problem
