Just received this from Dji yesterday. Looks like they replaced the zip ties, changed the anti vibration from white to black, swapped out the camera, and it looks like a new cooling system. Is this version 2.0 or something? The bird is now giving me a warming up when starting it up, but it's like for 3-30 seconds only. The camera before this had something wrong with the pixels , and it was just out of the blue, so dji replaced this for free.

Edit: Cold IMU calbirate fixed the imu delay (warm up)[IMG]

I'm currently out, and this thing is not letting me upload pictures. Later.... but the fan is like a cooling fan on a pc , and it's colored black

Fan looks the same to me. I have the same one on all my P3's. I think there is a white fan on some too. I guess they put black anti vibration dampers to match your dipped shell. They didn't refuse to do work since you obviously had to disassemble in order to dip the shell?

PIMP MY BIRD, a new TV series brought to you by the friendly folks at DJI.
Pilots, dressed to match their birds, fly by a panel of celebrity judges who decide a winner:
    Man, I can sell this!
