P3A Gimble Not Communicating

Hi ..Got a 2 week old P3A flown 3 times. Now can't get camera view, showing gimble disconnected message and firware won't downgrade. Spent a couple of hours on the phone to DJI support with no joy. Light on front of gimble is solid green and P3 is still controllable..Any help appreciated.

did you check the grey cable that connects the drone to the camera? make sure they are seated ok
