Just a quick query.......

I have been flying light aircraft and RC aircraft for over 20 years, this is my first drone. In RC aircraft flying, we have been flying with scimitar shaped props for a long time. this shape is also used on many turbo prop aircraft also. The standard P3 props are square tipped. Has anyone tried a scimitar shaped prop on a P3? This shape has proved to be more aerodynamically efficient than the other shapes and more power efficient Any thoughts????

The Phantom's propulsion system (motor, prop, ESC f/w) are matched/tuned for best performance when used as a flying camera platform.

Many have tried other props (shapes, material, # of blades, folding) but the overwhelming consensus is that nothing works as well as the OEM props.
