My phantom 3 advanced was flying perfectly normal for its first two flights, everything was great and It was steady as a rock. The 3rd flight however, it began as a normal flight, then suddenly after about 5 minutes of flying, it randomly took a hard left and began spinning and losing altitude rapidly. I tried to apply thrust but it was all for not. It hit my roof then landed on the ground. Can anyone please offer me some insight here? I have no Idea how or why this may have occurred.

get the logs in healthdrones.com and look at the data, that would help in the diagnosis of what may have happened.
