P2V+ No FPV / Video Downlink on iPhone

Hi,
My new P2V+ shows no downlink video on the iPhone' DJI Vision' app. I've reset camera + iPhone app and wifi connection. Tried in a number of different locations. Camera is recording video + images to the MicroSD card. Wifi Extender is working as I see flight telemetry.
Can anyone advise how to fix this? I emailed DJI but no reply yet.

Just a thought, are your phones jailbroken? Don't know if that would cause a problem but it's something to think about. Also what iPhone and iOS version are you on?

You need to test on at least one alternative device somehow.
Otherwise the symptoms suggest wifi module replacement required.
