One motor spins longer

When I power down my phantom 2, 3 props stop together, and one continues to turn a second or so longer. Anyone know what this means? I am also experiencing a drifting issue that seems to have started after I put on larger landing gear. Wondering if the placement of the instruments on the landing gear require critical placement?
