Older Phantom?

My Phantom 2 does not have the circular cut-out on its belly. How do I fit an H3-2d to it? I thought I remembered reading about an 'extender' plate for Phantom 2's like mine. However, I can't find any information about one now. Could someone please offer some guidance?
