Professional No video signal

    Bought the Pro 3 in August, updated to 1.3.20, have had 50 flights with zero problems until today. I have the red "no signal" the RC will move the camera, operate the motors and the camera will take pics, but the screen is blank, have tried a new iPad cable, any ideas? Is it because I haven't done the latest update?

    Have you updated anything? The remote control? What about the DJI Go app, did you update it today before the problem?

    Relink and updating has not worked

    No resolve yet aircraft fails update, hidden files indicate a device was not detected, suspect a hardware failure either a cable or camera

    Hi sorry, did you fix it ? Because I got the same problem with mine. NO SIGNAL on the iPad but i can move the gimbal... P3P.
