Hey Steve, what program did you use to edit this video? I'm a Mac user but can't figure out how to make my video jump like yours did a couple of times to the beat.

In Adobe Premiere that's called posterising time, it's not easy to time perfectly though.

Premiere 5.5 Jump cuts, match the cut to the wave form and boom! It's actually quite easy but I have been doing it for a while...
