Screen clips are useless and a waste of time. If you wan't to share the data, make your site fully sharable and share that link such the .csv can be downloaded, or upload the log to the link below ( Instructions are on the link) I suspect that this will not tell us much since it was downlink loss, meaning that there is no data for that period of time. Also we would need to know what app and AC firmware versions you are using. Most times this is interference and/or improper antenna orientation.I’m attaching a grab of my Airdata log.
