I am trying to develop a automatic moving target tracking system using a Phantom Quadcopter. However I have a few questions about feasibility.
1) My tracking algorithm is based on image processing. Can I send the live video stream to a laptop, so that I can run my image processing algorithm?
2) The output of my tracking algorithm will be instructions for the UAV, such as turn left, and accelerate. Is it possible to control the Quadcopter by a laptop?
