ND Filters

Forgot to ask. I bought a set of three ND filters and tried to install one of them on my P4P yesterday. Does the front lens of the P4P camera unscrew to mount a filter? I thought I used a reasonable amount of force to get it to move, but no luck. I didn't want to push it and damage the camera or gimbal. Any info would be appreciated...

Yes it unscrews, for the first time it may be on pretty tight.

You can use a rubber band around it for additional grip.

It depends on the type of filters you purchased. Some push on and others are threaded and screw on.

If you're going to unscrew the stock UV filter, make sure you don't use any tools. The UV filter is pretty fragile, so you don't want to bend it. Grip it firmly (and as loosely as possible) and twist it counter clockwise.
