any one help me please my P4 is error after I up grade fw and my electricity is suddenly off, when I try to run update now always stuck on 20 % and got error 0:020903

Try uninstall djigo4 ,and reinstall app,can bin zip file if want,new one come back with reinstall of app.then if you on older firmware or playstore update you will be prompted with the update firmware notice and should be able to start again ,

I already do it but still my P4 error now the RC canot connect to AC and the mLED stop to turn on and I try use dji assitan but still stuck in 20 %

Sounds like it came unlinked ,,use this method if can't open app for linking under rc settings

Just for record I have never used computer or assistant to update,never worked for me,I have always used my device,,here's a pic I posted yesterday to someone showing,device with Internet downloads zip file,then I usb with OTG cable adapter into my p4,,has worked evertime

Sorry me went flying,here's a light chart. To me it seems unlinked to aircraft but why drone not flash a colour,don't worrie about front red lights under motors at front they always red,back 2 lights under motor tell what drone is doing,motors won't start with red on remote which why I mention relinking,are you able to open app with your device and try rc link,what's the result,once you press this the link light on drone should flash till you press it,it times out after 60sec I think,,

Is that the ones you posted up top,#2,my device can't open zip files to read or look,I have downloaded it but can't read it, I presume you mean front LEDs turned off,ok,what are your back lights showing,if you inside they might be yellow flash,don't want to sound silly but you need remote and drone and device on to work out what colour is where,they should be green or red or yellow flash on the rear lights,sorry for dumb question but helps to sort out fault,,did you try the relink in djigo4 app,,what happen

I'm not sure what to make of the upgrade.log files - they certainly show multiple errors in communication with the aircraft and camera. Additionally, it's hard to tell exactly the sequence of events that lead to this situation. Others may have more experience diagnosing log files.
