Motor don't start

Just got my new phantom a couple of months ago, flew once with no problem, but tried today with no success. It seems that the connection with the RC is there (green light), tried multiple times. I am 100% a rookie and honestly have no knowledge of drones. Maybe someone have the same issue and resolve it.

Yes, I read the manual...I will need to see the sequence..but followed steps as the manual suggested

No problem at all. Yes I did follow that step after I saw the green light on my drone and my RC

Can you tell us if you are getting any messages or warnings in the app when you first connect it?
