So I've been flying for about 3 years and I lost my Phantom 4 Pro for the first time a few days ago.

It went out of range and never came back! Thank God a neighbour found it and everything is in one piece.

I realized it is showing Ready to Go(vision) all the time now?

Any suggestions for troubleshooting this problem?

That sounds like you don't have GPS which could be because you are under cover, blocking GPS or your GPS receiver is disconnected or non-functioning.
Did it crash?
In Vision mode your altitude would be limited to 26 ft.

Yes, it did crash. I lost connection when it was about 300m away out of site.

How do I troubleshoot getting out of Vision Mode?

If you can't get GPS working out in the open, you need to get GPS working.
The options are:
Your GPS antenna is disconnected - reconnect it
or
Your GPS unit is broken - get a new one

WIth luck it will just be that the connector to the mainboard has dislodged and can be reconnected.
Either way the top shell has to come off to look under the hood.
