Limited height range

Hi all - new to the forum - got my DJI quad a year ago - using it for RE - recently having limitations on the ceiling height of the unit. When I move the control unit up it goes 75 feet or so and then with another push up on the stick goes 20 feet more but thats it. On the program I set the default to 2000 m but nothing improved. Any thoughts is appreciated. Loved the 60 minute segment tonight.

Hi all fellow Droners. I recently got my Phantom 4 pro. My problem is the ceiling height is only going up to 500m. I think it suppose to go way more than that right. But it happening. Is that normal if not any thoughts on how to adjust settings or whatever to fix that. Thanks droners for your help
