Lightbridge video signal stregnth at 0% on Android App

I noticed that since DJI updated the Lightbridge app to show Realtime vs. Smooth video the video signal remains at 0% until you toggle the setting. Once you toggle the setting then it will display the percentage. Has anyone else noticed this? I experienced this on Jelly Bean and Kit Kat versions on Sony Xperia X1s.
