Legs showing up in video and extreme jello, how to fix?

I have two problems with my phantom with zenmuse (bought as a package from dslrpros.com). First, the leg is shown in my video even though it's not suppose to. Second, the jello and vibration is just unbelievable. Have a look at the video below. The leg that is shown in the video is completely deformed. It doesn't even look solid, more like liquid.

Any ideas?

Why do you believe that the leg is not supposed to show when you are shooting straight down in Wide Mode?

Because it does not show in other people's wide videos.
 
Try to shoot in medium mode, not wide. Also, you can crop that out in Final cut if needed. That jello is pretty intense. Did you balance your props?
