I live on the boundary of Stuart Witham Airport near the St Lucie River. It is just inside the 5 mile limit. Are there Phantom clubs near us? I am president of the Florida Aero Club, a fixed wing aircraft state organization that has recently accepted remote pilot applications. I also am a flight instructor and commercial pilot of fixed wing aircraft. Florida Aero Club Perhaps we can stir up some local interest together to get more fellow drone pilots together for meet ups, etc. This is why I am getting into flying drones and decided on getting a Phantom in the very near future. Right now I just want to get all of the information I need to prepare so I don't do something crazy or stupid on my first solo flight!
