It dropped from the sky [emoji24]

I have a p4p well I just took off I was about 15 feet up and the drone just tilted side ways and dropped the iPad said disconnect and the battery came out , two props broke and the gimble is destroyed.
I purchased the refresh when I purchased the drone in October 2017. Is it a pain to deal with refresh ? It’s spring and I can finally fly this thing should I wait it out and miss time here in Alaska or should I just buy a Mavick air for fun while I wait for the p4p to come back.

Oh no I'm sorry for your loss, perhaps the battery wasn't seated all the way? Did your log reveal anything? The process isn't too bad from what I've heard, you may be down for a couple weeks though, I haven't had to use Refresh yet...knock on wood. The Mavic Air is pretty nice, so compact, it's almost always with me.
