ISO cracked iPad mini

Hello, I am a college student so budget is quite low. I can barely see my iPhone 6 screen when I fly and want to upgrade. I was wondering is anyone has a cracked iPad mini they are trying to sell. I also fix screens for a small cost as well if you want it fixed. Please let me know!

Why not upgrade to an Android tablet? I have one i paid only $95 brand new from ZTE and perform extremely well and have also data integrated apart from wifi.
