I have IPAD mini2 16.0 gig want to use it with P4pro v.2 will it work?

No.... to the extent it might you will wish it didn’t the performance will be so bad.

I have a mini2 32GB that I use as a backup device and I have flown perhaps 50 missions connected to a P4P v2 with no real problems. That's not to say I would want to use it every day, as it does crash Go4 occasionally and there is sometime some lag.
