Actually, it can't be. Regardless if you reinstall the iOS via DFU mode or not. Anytime it boots up and connects to a network to try to authenticate it's serial number which is registered to that Apple ID, it'll require you to login to either continue or unregister it.
So you remove the module that stores the serial number information to by pass it checking your serial with the apple ID it was registered to. I mean if you're willing to screw up your motherboard then I guess that would work.
