How to cure the blown out sky in video...

What's going on peeps!? Anybody know how to fix a blown out sky in the editing stage? I used an ND8 filter and it didn't do much for the sky... I have a set of 16, 32 and 64 coming now but any way of fixing a blown out sky in post using premiere pro for future reference??

You could try toning down the exposure and playing with the contrast in post production in Premiere Pro.
Another trick is to overlay a colour matte as an adjustment layer to bring some colour into the sky.

If filters are an option, maybe a polarizing filter would do the job.
