HELP IMU initialization failed Barometer error

i sell them for $50. i am in US but can send to UK. i think for the package small enough for that would be $20 priority to UK (5-7 days)

I have attached pictures of the error, are you absolutely sure a new IMU will solve the problem? I have read that maybe swapping the internal SD card could solve the problem also

Regards

Adam

yes, you see how your gyroscope has all zero's ?
IMU is an issue and replacement of that will fix your problem.
i've seen a lot of phantoms with an issue like this and replacement IMU fixed the problem.

Do you have to pay for the repairs or will the cover it under warranty even though you bought if from a 3rd party seller ?

That remains to be seen, I'll argue my case if I need to, a Phantom 3 shouldn't go faulty after 3 weeks regardless where I bought it and it was boxed and sealed not used.

Well its at DJI NL and it needs a new Main Control Board, glad i sent it back now and not tried to fix it myself

Id be interested to know how it works out for you.

Update
I sent it back to DJI in Holland and they replaced the main control board free of charge under warranty. Got it back today and everything seems fine but not taken it outside to fly yet. It took just under 3 weeks for it to be sent and returned with no cost to me whatsoever. Hoping to take it out at the weekend for a good test

I had the exact same issue after one test flight. Thankfully the supplier replaced it and replacement is due to arrive soon. Be careful where you calibrate Imu. Part of me thinks I have just been unlucky and recieved a faulty AC and part of me thinks I may have initially calibrated the AC Imu and compass too close to a sub station.

There is a quick fix vid on YouTube for stuck sensors after crashes but I would not do this of you still have warranty.
