Help and Support Contact for Imax B6AC+ Charger

Hey Guys,
Ordered this charger for my new Multistar 4s 8000 mAh battery and it works great, but there are a number of questions I have about some of the features and how to set them. I can't find any contact information anywhere in the User Manual to e-mail or phone anyone. Since it came highly recommended on this forum, has anyone found any way to contact support? If not, can anyone answer some questions about settings?
