HDMI output module - unable to connect?

I installed my HDMI output module on the P4P controller and although the app recognizes it and gives you options on the output display.... I cannot get it to output to a simple TV screen via HDMI cable.

Furthermore, it caused a "bug" when booting up and connecting to the controller. The only way the downlink will "turn on" is if you start everything up then unplug the USB from the back port, then reconnect it... then the controller/app will sync and you get the cameras downlink view.

I'd like to resolve this.... how many have used the P4P controller with the HDMI output module?

Ideas?

I know there were SW issues with Go app to use it for P4P but not sure if they have been resolved with the updates.

Hummmm apparently not.... if they plan to sell any goggles they will need to address this...
