I was wonder if anyone knows for sure the answer to this question; if one or more of my waypoints in a ground station mission put the V+ in a position where it temporarily loses RC signal, what will it do? I notice when you press go to start a mission, then screen says, "sending (x number) waypoints to phantom." The inference is that the V+ is essentially flying autonomously, but I'd like to know for sure. IOW, if control signal is lost, will the quad continue on or will it default to failsafe and come home. I'd like to know, but testing it may be risky.

It continue.

As I recall, the manual says that if the Phantom loses WiFi connection to the app, it will abort and return home.
However, that's contrary to what I've read here on the forums. It should continue and complete the mission, then return to home.

My experience on three different flights is that it continues the mission. When it gets back in range it will again show up on the receivers.
