Grinding noise on start up and won't centre

One rough landing too many and now my gimbal makes this grinding noise during warm up. When it finally settles it's pointing left at the strut. When it isn't powered, all the motors feel smooth and there doesn't appear to be any damage. Before I order a new one, is there anything I can do to save it?

These things are hard to diagnose once they crash. Your best bet is to get a H3-3D on there.
