GO Editor not working! Please help!

When I try to edit videos, it will say outputting videos but won't finish doing so, it goes back to main screen of editor and won't go to share page like it is supposed to! I've looked everywhere! I tried several app versions It seamed to do this with all versions I had.

I have a screen recording of it but don't know how to put it up.

No. I'v looked all over the Internet, even contacted dji and they have no clue
