Hi everyone
Fantastic site here - I have learned so much in my last few days of owning a DJI Phantom and Zenmuse Gimball.
To set the scene - I purchased a Phantom 1 with Zenmuse H3-2D gimball off eBay earlier this week.
It was second hand but had been used by a pro (by the other items he was selling).
The description confirmed all was in good working order - ready to fly.
I have an issue with the gimball itself and I hope someone here can help.
On powering on the unit, the gimball doesn't right itself. Nor when I change the x1 switch orientation does it change the pitch.
If I power the unit on with the camera facing down, it then self-levels and the switch is responsive.
The gimball then functions but with a loud squeal. Whenever it gets to any sort of high axis / limit it then 'clicks' and there is no more stability. The switch then becomes unresponsive.
I've calibrated the x1 and have checked all connectors / power feeds which are all very good.
Any help?

Thanks!
