Gimbal motor overload error

I have a gimbal issues on my brand new P4 Advanced

Constantly getting a "gimbal motor overload" error

Camera shakes during flight and doesnt settle in a forward facing position on startup, its at an angle and vibrates left to right even when not in flight. Gimbal has a mind of its own during flight

I have done numerous compass, IMU and gimbal calibrations and it still has the same problem

Only flown it a handful of times in calm conditions in my local park and landed on grass every time, the aircraft is only around 3 months old, never crashed or hit any obstacles.

Ive checked to see if the camera is touching the ribbon and its a good 2mm from it and when I move the camera around, it is not touching anything at all.

Gimbal clamp has been removed every time before a flight

Any advice is appreciated....thanks

When I first got my P4 I removed the Gimbal clamp BUT didn't remove the foam one on the top of the gimbal. I never got the message but I did get yaw vibration in the first couple of videos. A lot of folks did this so I thought I would mention it. Like the message says, you may want to contact DJI support.
