Flying over people, flying in a national sports arena during a game, flying at night...

Not really. It has the approval of the venue's owner. Besides, the stadium is not occupied when it flies.

Wouldn't it also depend if the roof was closed or open. Closed would be the same as flying indoors and the FAA does not regulate indoor flight. Hmm, that's one they (FAA) may have not thought of.

Wrong, wrong, and wrong my man. They aren't doing this DURING the game. It takes hours and hours and hours to do this but quicker than sitting in every seat and testing the signal.

Then they update their hardware so each seat gets plenty of signal.

Not during a game, not over people, and doesn't matter if night or not if it's inside.
