Here's my video test of the polariser from Polarpro with an ND4 gel from Phantomfilters.
It works quite well on the sunny day but looks a little yucky in cloudy conditions. This combination is also prone to flaring, and the gel filter doesn't cover the polariser filter completely so there was some light seepage.
The birds in the park were giving me a problem that's why I didn't want to fly too high up, hence most of the shots were from a lower height.
