FLIR TAU2 camera for Phantom 2 Vision

I have a Vision + and Vision and wish to convet the Vision camera to a FLIR tau2. My goal is to fly the two craft in tandem and have one filming normally and the other usine thermal imaging. Anyone have experience converting to the FLIR?
