P4 Firmware Firmware incompatible

I have 2 Mavics but am new to the Phantom. I keep getting a message that says firmware incompatibility issues detected...how do I correct this? Thanks in advance
 
Typically an issue with the battery firmware. You can just run an update from the controller.
