Fan noise, new P4P

Hello, I'm new to drones and just signed up to this forum hours ago.
This morning my first done arrived in the post ... P4P
All seems straight forward but I notice that when I power on the done itself there is the sound of a cooling fan running inside ...
My question is ... Is this normal? Kind of a loud version of a laptop cooling fan.

Completely normal. Don't worry unless it is too loud, otherwise fly safely and have fun.

You should be worried if it isn't running, because an overheating DJI will autoland and/or shut off.

It's air conditioning for the pilot inside... these things don't fly themselves... oh wait, they almost do! Enjoy!!!
