This is old news and from an article on the person who swatted a drone in Lake Havasu with a t-shirt (allowed deferred prosecution).
"Fred Barber, a resident who also consults for Nevada-based Global Robot and Drone Deployment, said safety around drones needs to be addressed"
"Barber has taken it upon himself to submit a draft of a possible ordinance to the city. His proposal includes prohibiting drone use in local airspace below 600 feet until federal and local laws can guarantee privacy protection."
You can make up this much stupid. He thinks drones should be flown above 600' if they want to be used. This is 200' into airspace that the _FAA_ wants people to avoid and places the drone in a dangerous place. Yes... because up until 600' you can see a bug on a pin with a drone camera.
I could not find any information about any company named "drone deployment". The other company appears to sell machinery such as robotic arms.
