A new day and a new app....check out Simon Newton on youtube for details of an app available for Android and Apple users. Requires our input to make it succeed. There is an app called Drone Zone, this one is Drone Zones by Newcastle University UK.
I would probably be more interested in places I can't fly. An App which tells you both might be useful.
The other thing to note is that this is not a service/consumer model. It is collabrative, so needs users to input data. As it stands it does not tell you a great deal about where is OK to fly. Hopefully it will gather momentum.
