Drone used to drop "contraband" at Regina jail

Great news for the drone community. Tired of all the negative reports on unlawful drone usage. Laws are already tight enough in Canada, this will only serve to make things worse. The original report on CBC.ca shows a picture of a P4 but I believe it is used as reference to what a drone might look like.
 
Many (I'm sure, not all by any means) jails here in the States are designated as NFZ (Red). Technically, that is supposed to stop the drone (at least DJI drones).
 
Kirby, I've been to a few FPV Drone Races I didn't see all the rules followed there either. Probably has more to do with individual scruples than available equipment. But, that just me.

There have been many attempts to drop contraband at Cal. prisons but they have ability to block signals or just shoot em down. Guards have a little fun getting them out of the air
