Drone Use in Colorado

    I saw a news snip this morning PRAISING the use of Drones in the relief efforts in Colorado, then I see this article this evening. The title is: FEMA threatens to arrest volunteer drone operators during Colo. flood relief

    The point they were making in the news article this morning is that drones are getting into areas where aircraft can't, and in weather conditions that aircraft can't fly in. If anything FEMA needs to reel in and utilize this valuable resource instead of shutting it down.

    YUP - Let's not forget though that you are dealing with a Government entity and government employees here so they are not that bright really - (else they would not have ended up in government !)
